No offense but is this supposed to defame the iPhone? The Instinct (which I own) is not an iPhone. It's just not as advanced/polished as the iPhone. Having posts like these simply propagate the notion that the Instinct is competing with the iPhone. Clearly, the iPhone wins in diversity and originality, not to mention style and fanbase. Posts like these are unecessary for such an informative blog.
No, this is to make readers aware that software problems can hit anyone including a company as reputable as Apple. A number of people have considered higher priced iPhone (with higher priced AT&T plans) over Instinct because of promised sync capabilities. However, even Apple hasn't been able to get them right yet!
