Some things to note that it seems to have direct button for Facebook and Youtube. It also has Windows Live Messenger! And they are officially allowing mobile connect (tethering or Phone As Modem)!

There are no guarantees. Each carrier can get their version of phone customized for their network and software.

Might be worth noting that Bell does not support visual voice mail, and it went cheap (in comparison to Sprint) and had the phone shipped with only one battery. This is on top of helping themselves to another $30 for most contract prices. On the other hand, it does offer unlimited web browsing for only $10.

i just wanna see the youtube clicked, and the facebook clicked. is it a youtube app and facebook app like on iphone? or is it just a link to the website

Regtarding facebook and youtube, they are not custom applications, they are just links and open up in the mobile browser.

The Facebook app will log you in to your page with one click, and the YouTube app is basically just a link to the site.
