You can get the Sprint Instinct Music Store update by going to Fun tab on your Instinct phone and then Music button followed by the Store tab. It will prompt you with a message:

this must be similar to the other updates that are only turned on a portion of the day. When I follow the above steps I do not receive the update. Just a heads up.
i got the update it worked fine for me
